Who Upon her Oath Saith that she was Born in the Parish
of Bushey in the County of Hertford and hath not Juice
Gained any legal Settlement that her reputed Father
Philip Derrick< no role > with whom her Mother Frances
Bromley
< no role > lived as his Wife was a Tinker and had as
she is informed No Settled place abodes that on the
13th day of November last She Wandred into the parish
of Ealing in the County of Middx and was Delivered in the
Open Street Near the Work house in the said parish of
Ealing aforesaid of a Male Bastard Child Since
Baptized by the name of Benjamin< no role > and that she
and the said Child have been ever since Chargeable
to the said parish of Ealing the Mask of Ann

Joshua Hall< no role > Matron of the Workhouse of the above parish of
Ealing

Who Upon her Oath saith that the above Ann Derrick< no role >
& her Child have been ever the Work house of the said
parish ever since the 13th day of November last and the
have been ever since chargeable to the said parish that the
Usual allowance the Lying in of a Woman for a
Month is forty Shillings And the General Charge of
one person with another Maintained in the said
Work house is about two Shillings a Week
