Middlesex Spinster Taken on Oath the
17th. day of July 1750 Before Me one of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said
County

This Informant on Her Oath that the Prisoner Present
Thomas Sheathing< no role > dwelt for one Year & a half In the
House of Brice Mc Danniel< no role > In [..] Shadwell Orchard
In the Parish of Shadwell In the County of Middx & [..]
further on her Oath saith that the said Brice Mr Da [..]
told her this Deponent on the 25th. day of June last [..]
(Tom.) Meaning the Prisoner aforesaid had Broke [..]
the Chest of the said Brice Mr Daniel & taken away
the Money & this Deponent farther saith [..]
day as she was going along the Borough [..]
the Prisoner aforesaid & Ask'd him when he wa [..]
Shadwell & he the said Prisoner Answer'd & Say'd [..]
Day before Yesterday (then he the said Prisoner say
he was Sorry that he Could not stay to Drink, upon
Which he Run a Way & she this Deponent follow'd
him & Calld out Stop Thief & then the Conceald himself
In Part of the Premisses belonging to Capt. Thompson
In the Parish of St. Saviour Southwark & she this
Deponent farther saith that the said Prisoner had
a Hatchett with him In the said Primisses of the sd.
Capt. Thompson & Swore he would Chess down the first
Person that touch'd him
