At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the
County of Middx at Hicks hall in St. John street in the County aforesaid by Adjournment
on Thursday the thirty first day of May in the twenty third Year of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Britain Etc

A Bill of Mr. James Wilson< no role > of moneys alledged [..] to be due to him as Clerk to the
Justices of the peace appointed to take care of the distempered Cattle in this County
accounting to the sum of £33.16s.1d being produced before this Court, and the same
being referred to the consideration of a Committee of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace to ascertain and report at the next Sessions what sum of money may be preper to be
allowed & paid to the said Mr. Wilder thereupon, who praying that he may in
the mean time be paid same part thereof, It is Ordered by this Count that Mr
John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay (if he hath Sufficient or immediatly
after he shall have sufficient money in his hands) Unto the said Mr. Wilder the Sum
of ten pounds in part of the moneys which shall be comeing due to him Upon his said
Bill , whose receipt together with this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the
said Teasurer for such payment
