Themselves aggrieved by the said Order &Judgmt: of the said two Justices did humbly<lb></lb>
appeal therefrom which Appeal was appointed to be heard on the thirteenth<lb></lb>
Day of the same Month of October And Whereas by Virtue of an Order Made by the Court of the<lb></lb>
same Quarter Session on that Day and of a Subsequent Order made by The Cert of Generall<lb></lb>
Sessions of the peace holden for the same County by Adjournment on the fifth Day of December<lb></lb>
now last the hearing and determining the Matter of the said Appeal stands</p>
