was present and did see Thomas Emberson< no role > & Ann his wife the
said Prosecutors duly Sign Seal and execute the General
Release hereunto Annexed And this Depont further Saith that
Wm. Capslack< no role > of Cliffords Inn London Gentleman & this Depont
are Subscribing Witnesses to the same Release and that the
Names Wm. Capstack and Ed. Burke< no role > are of the respective
hand writeings of the said Wm Capstack< no role > and this Depont.
