The the Right Worshipfull his Majesties
Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General Quarter Sessions
of the Peace assembled

The humble Petition and appeal of the Church
-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St James within the Liberty of
Westmr. in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or order under
the hands and Seals of St: Honbl. the Lord Carpenter
and John upton< no role > Esqr. Two of His Justices of the Peace for the
Liberty of Westminster bearing date the 14th day of april
1749 Whereby Frances Trevors< no role > widow of Peter Trevors< no role >
was Removed form the Parish of St. George Hanover Square
in the said County to the said Parish of St James as the place
of her last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners
think themselves aggrieved and Appeal to this Court against
the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray
that your Worships will be Please to
Appoint a time for hearing and Deter-
mining the Said Appeal and that all
Persons Concerned may then attend

And your Petrs. shall ever Pray Etc
