Square Salesman , taken before me
this 3d. day of May 1749 .

George Usher< no role > being upon Oath says that there were feloniously
taken and Carryed away two pair of Leather Breeches, and this
Informt. says that two pair of Breeches now produced and
Shewed to him he says is his property and the same which were
taken away by Person now Present who calls himself Charles
Paxton
< no role > upon his own Confession.

Henry Beck< no role > being upon Oath says that a Person now precent
who calls himself Charles Paxton< no role > came to his Shop and Sold
him two pair of Leather Breeches which Mr. Usher Swears
to be his property.
