taken before me this 13th. April 1749

Who being upon Oath says, that on Tuesday last there was
feloniously taken out of his Dwelling house one Guinea and a
half in Gold and one Six pence in Silver the property of this
Informt. And this Informt. further says that he has great reason
to Suspectonea Person now present who calls himself William
Bullock< no role >
with having feloniously taken the Same, for that he
the said Wm. Bullock< no role >
was most part of the day in a Back Room
in which was a Cupboard where the aforesaid Money lay, in this
Informts. house, andandabout Nine of the Clock at Night this
Informt. Missed his Money, and this Informt. further says that
no other Person was in the aforesaid Room all the day except
this Informt. [..] His Wife, and the said Bullock, And this Informt.
says that between one and two of the Clock the same day he
this Informt. saw the Money in the aforesaid Capboard whilst
the said Bullock was Setting in the Room, and left at that time
the Cupboard open
