by Adjournment at Hicks Hall in Saint John That in and
for the County of Middx on Fryday the Twenty fourth day of
Febry last Forst It was by the sd Court Ordered that
the Sd. Parnale Should try his Traverse as an their
day the Fourth day of April now Instant or on default
thereof that the Reogniance which he had Entred
into to Try the Same Sd. G Estreated.
