Joseph Stames< no role > of the Parish of Saint Catherine
Cree Church in the City of London Hosier

Maketh Oath and Saith that he this Deponent
became bail in this Cause last Sessions for the
Personall Appearance of the above Defendant
upon an Indictment Exhibited against him the
Said Defendant Cooper for a Misdemeanor and
Assault And this Deponent Saith that Since the
time this Deponent became one of the Bail for
the said Cooper be the said Cooper is Dead and
buried in the Parish of St Mary Matfelon alias
Which Chappell as Appears to this Deponent
by the Register or Certificate of Burials hereto
Annexed And that the Name Edward Trahern< no role > Rr .
Signed to the said Register or Certificate is the
Proper hand Writing of the Rector of the said.
Parish And this Deponent Lastly Saith that
Matthew Cooper< no role > named in the said Register or
Certificate is the Same Matthew Cooper< no role > this
Deponent became bail for.
