The Information of Hannah Craig< no role > of
wife of John Craig< no role > of the Parish of Saint
Butlolph Aldgate in the said County
Taken upon Oath before me One of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County
Thus Thirty First Day of December 1748 .

This Informant on her Oath Depenth and Saith That
Some time in the Month of January last to the lest o
this Deponents Knowledge and Belief [..] George Tenent
came into her house and as the Deponent was ablig'd
to go out, he ask & leave of her stay in her house
and Smoak a Pipe of Tobacco, alleadging That he did
not choose to go home because his wife has got some
Company, but said That he and Mary This Deponents
Daughter a Girl of the Age of Ten years) Should keep house
hill till the Deponent should Return. And after the Deponent
was gone out (to see a Dying Person) The said George
Tenent
< no role > did feloniously [..] force the Body of the said Mary
and as this Deponent belives gave her the foul Desease
