[..] s Merryman Convicted by Jury upon tryal of an Indictment against him
[..] defrauding Solomon Baker< no role > and Jonathan Shepherd< no role > of Eight Quarts of Wine [..]
is fined for the Said Offence One Shilling to be estreated, andheis ordered to be
delivered out of the House of Correction at Clerkenwell in this County, and he is
Committed to his Majesty's Goal of Newgate there to be imprisoned for the Space
of four Months Now Next ensuing.
