At the General Session of the peace holden at Hicks hall in St. John street
By adjournment on Thursday the 10th. day of December 1747

It is Ordered by this Court that it be And His hereby recommended & referred
unto his Majesty's Justices of the Peace of this County herein after

of the Peace as shall think fit to be present or any three or more of them
as a Committee to meet together at Hicks Hall in St. John Street on Tuesday
the twelfth day of January next at ten of the clock in the Forenoon, and
to peruse and inspect the Account of Mr. James Wilder< no role > Clerk to the
Justices of the peace appointed to superintend the affairs relating
to the distempered Cattle touching Moneys by him claimed to be due to
him for his Service or otherwise, and also to peruse and inspect the
Accounts of any other person or persons who claim to have moneys
due to them from this County, And to state what is due & reasonable
to be allowed & paid to each person respectively, And to make their
Report touching the Premisses to the Court on the County day of the
next General Quarter Session of the Peace for this County

By the Court

We whose Hands are hereunto Subscribed being Quorum of his Majesties Justices of the
Peace appointed by the Order above mentioned have Inspected the Bill of Mr. Wilder Clerk to
the Justices to whom the care of the Distempered Cattle is committed which amounted the sum
of £46:10s:9d. and we have thought fit upon Perusing the same to allow him the sum of
£39:19s:1d. if this Court shall think proper All which we Humbly submit Etc. Dated this
12th. day of January 1747 .
