Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under
the hands and Seals of John Ludbey< no role > and Wm Pickering< no role > Esqrs.
two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the sd. County bearing
date the 16th. day of November last Clare Rankin< no role > Wife of
John Rankin< no role > was removed from the parish of St. James
within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middx
to the Parish of St. Luke Chelsea in the sd. County, as the
place of P last Legall Settlement of the said Clare Rankin
Whereby Your Petitioners think themselves Agrieved and
Appeal to this Court against the same
