Liberty of Norton Falgate
in the County of Middlesex
to the Parish
of St. Botolph Without Bishopgate
London aforesaid Adjudging the
Last Legal Place of Settlement of the Said Deborah Ruckabey to
be in the said Parish of St. Betolph Without Bishopgate And Your
Petr. (acceiring themselves Agrieved by the said Order and
Judgment of the said two Justices Do humbly Appeal therefrom and
humbly Pray Your Worships

Would appoint some Day this Present General Quarter
Session of the Peace to be holden for the Said County to hear
this Appeal and that Your Worships Will make an Order that
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Liberty of Norton Falgate
and All Parties Concerned in and
about the Premises may then Attend hear and abide the
Final Determination of your Worships
And your Petrs. Shall ever Pray Etc
