[..] Prisoner in New Prison on an Indictment
[..] a Misdemeanor.

[..] Lomas of Chancery Lane London Gentleman
Oath that he this Depont. did on the 12th. Day of
Instant leave two Several Copies of the Notice
[..] here unto annexed, at the Dwelling House of
[..] anah Glass in Tavistock Street near Covent.
[..] en with her Servant or Shop keeper as he
[..] eared to be to this Depont; Which Notice was
[..] rected to John Grace< no role > and Thomas Blackburne< no role >
[..] the Prosecutors In this Cause, The said Mrs. Glass's
Howe being the last place of abdoe or Residence
of the said John Grace< no role > & Thomas Blackburne< no role >
that this Depont. by Direction & Enquiry could
discover And this Depont. Saith that at the time
of his leaving or delivering the sd. Notice as above said
he was informed by the Person to whom he so delivered it
as also by Several other Persons then present in the said
Mrs. Glass's House Who appeared to this Depont. to be
Servants or Work folks to the said Mrs. Glass that the
said John Grace< no role > one of the Prosecutors in this Cause
was dead And that the said Thomas Blackburne< no role > the
other Prosecutor or Witness to Whom the said Notice
annexed is directed had been a Servant at the
said Mrs. Glass's, but that he had been gone from thence
for Some time & that neither of them could tell this
Depont. Where to find him or Words to that effect.

January 1747.
