To the Right Worshipfull his Majesties
Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General Sessions
of the Peace holden for the said County
at Hicks Hall Assembled

The Humble Petition
and Appeale of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Martin in the Fields in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under
the hands and Seals of Thomas Quarrell and Nicholas a Dukinfield< no role >
Esquires two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex aforesaid (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing Dale the Seventh Day of November last past
Sarah Burnett< no role > Wife of Patrick Burnett< no role > (who is at Sea and has been
Many Years) was removed and Conveyed from the Parish of
Saml Mary White Chapel in the said County to the Said Parish
of Saint Martin in the fields as the Plea of her last legal Settlement
whereby Your Petitioner Conceive themselves to be Aggrieved

Therefore they Humbly Appeal
to Your Worships against the Judgement
of the said two Justices of the Peace and
Pray that Your Worships will be Pleased
to appoint some Day in this Present
Session to hear and Determine the Matter
touching the said Appeale

And Your Petitioners will ever
Pray Etc.
