of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath that he this
Deponent together with Robert Brasier< no role > of the same place
Gunnsmith Entered into a Recognizance before Justice
DuckinField for the appearance of George Powell< no role >
Commander of the Saltash privatier and Defendant in this Cause in September
Sessions last and that soon afterhe this Deponent
(to wit) about the Space of fourteen Days he the said
George Powell< no role > whent to Sea on a Cruise on Board
the said Ship where this Deponent Verily beleives
he now is and This Deponent further saith that he
is informed and verily beleives that the said George
Powell
< no role > will not return from the said Cruise untill
about Four or Five Months hence and that the
recognizance he this Deponent entered into was
only for a common Assault
