have Ramises Releaes, and for ever quitt claymes, and by these [..]
do Remise Release, and for ever quitt clayme unto them as Clarkson
of the parish of Saint John the Evangles And County
Aforesaid Gentleman

Wee our Heirs Executors and Administrators, all and all
manner of Action and Actions, Cause and Causes of Action Suits Bills
Bonds, Writings, Obligatory Debts, Dues Duties, Accompts, Sum and
Sums of Money Judgments, Executions, Extents, Quarrells, Controversies,
