of charing (cross in the parish of St
Martin in the fields Wine Merchant
of Francis Rolley< no role > his Servant

First of all Henry Lucas< no role > maketh Oath that lately
he has had Feloniously stolen & taken about
Twenty dozen of Cyder of the value of Five
pounds & this Informt: on his Oath says he
has a strong suspicion that one Robert
Tinker
< no role > did Feloniously steal & take away
the said Cyder because this Informt: this
day found the said Robert Tinkler< no role > in his
Store Vault at Hungerford market , his
vault being locked Secondly Francis
Rodley
< no role > maketh Oath that by his Master
order he placed himself in the aforesaid
Vault to observe if any person by means
of a false key came there & that this day
he found the said Robert Tinkler< no role > concealed
in the said vault
