Chapman maketh Oath that he this Deponent
was present and did see William Saunders< no role >
the Prosecutor in the above Cause Sign Seal and
duty execute the General Release here unto-
Annexed, And this Deponent further saith
that the Name John Duane Subscribed as
a Witness to the Sealing and Delivery of the
said General Release is the proper Hand
