on the 26th day of November last

apprehended) came at night into this Informants
house under the pretence of taking a lodging
after being there a small space of time the

Assaulted this Informt: & by force of violence
Feloniously stole & took away three yards
& half quarter of chequed linnen of
the value of three shillings & four pence
in this Informants said house & afterward
ran away Secondly Ann Pager maketh
Oath that she saw the said John Vaughan< no role >
together Wth the said John Williams< no role >
Feloniously
steal & take the aforesaid checqued linner
& afterwards went away wth it Thirdly

27th day of Novembr. last the said
