St: Giles in the fields & of Ann hogers< no role >
Spinstr : her Servant & of William Stock< no role >
Servt : to Mr: Hatton of Hungerford
market in the parish of St: Martin in the
fields Cyoler Merchant

First of all Mary Thornton< no role > maketh Oath that
on the 26th day of November last one John
Vaughan
< no role > & John Williams< no role > (not as yet
apprehended) came at night into this Informants
house under the pretence of taking a lodging
after being there a small space of time the
said John Vaughan< no role > & John Williams< no role >
Assaulted this Informt: & by force of violence
Feloniously stole & took away three yards
& half quarter of chequed linnen of
the value of three shillings & four pence
in this Informants said house & afterward
ran away Secondly Ann Pager maketh
Oath that she saw the said John Vaughan< no role >
together Wth the said John Williams< no role > Feloniously
steal & take the aforesaid checqued linner
& afterwards went away wth it Thirdly
William Stock< no role > maketh Oath that on the
27th day of Novembr. last the said
John Vaughan< no role > offered to sett to him
the checqued linner wch Mary Thornton< no role >
says was Feloniously stolen & taken
from her by the said John Vaughan< no role > &
