Justices of the peace for the County of
Middlesex

Says upon Oath that Samuel Watson< no role > did on the
Nineteenth day of February 1745 . Feloniously and
Forceably between the Hours of Seven & Eight of
the same day with diverse others not Yet taken
take form his Person one Silver Watch with a
String and Seal and one pound of Tobaccoof
his property in the read leading from paner as to
Hampstead in the said County of Middlesex
