The Several Information of Wm Harrison< no role > of Old Street in
the Parish of St Luke Blacksmith and John Holland< no role > of
Golden Lane in the Same [..] Parish Sansage Maker
and Richard Hawes< no role > of Cherry tree Alley in Golden Lane
aforesaid Back maker taken before me One of His
Maties Justice of the Peace for the this said County

And first this Informant William Harrison< no role > on his Oath Saith that about
Eleven a Clock last night this Informant concerning up Golden Lane heard a
Dispute Between One Walter Roberts< no role > a Smith living in the said Lane about
Laying a Wager of half a Crown whereupon he saw the said Roberts notice
towards his own House and One Thomas Blackwell< no role > with whom the said
Roberts was Disputing fellow him with some Seemins Anger and [..] imediately
this Informant saw the said Walter Roberts< no role > Stab the said Thomas Blackwell< no role >
in the Body with an Instrument which this Informant believes to be Sword or
Part of One of which Wound the said Thos: Blackwell Imediatiately Dyed
and this Informant John Holland< no role > on his Oath Saith that last Night about
to or Eleven a Clock he this Informant saw and Heard a Dispute between
the said Walter Roberts< no role > & the said Thomas Blackwell< no role > and at the same time
Saw the said Roberts & Blackwell Close together as of they were fighting
the said Roberts's Door where the said Blackwell had followed the said
Roberts And this Informant went to them with an Intent to part them but
imediatley saw the said Blackwell Drop down for Dead being Wounded
but did not see any Instrument or any Blow Struck on either Side
And this Informant Richard Hawes< no role > on his Oath saith that he Saw the said
Walter Roberts< no role > and the said Thomas Blackwell< no role > about the time above said &
that there was a Quarrell between them and Saw the said Roberts hold up
his Hand to Strike the said Blackwell but did not see any Weapon in his
hand but soon after being Called form a Publick House Hear the sd Place was
told the said Blackwell was Stilled whereupon this Informant went to look
at him and Opened his breast and found that he had been Stibed and Sent
to [..] Mr Godman a Surgeon to Examine the Body of the Said Thomas< no role >
