By adjorment on Saturday 18. January 1745 .

Jeremiah Henden< no role > having pleaded Guilty to an Indictment against him for making
an Assault upon Joshua Murphy< no role > one of the Headboroughs of St. Giles in the
fields in the Execution of his Office, is fined for the Said Offence One Shilling to
be estreated, and he is Committed to the House of Correction at Clerkenwell
in this County there to be imprisoned for the Space of fourteen days now next
ensuing, when delivered to pay his fees 4s.8d.

John Dean< no role > Standing Indicted at this present General Quarter Session
of the Peace holden for this County of Middx for making an Assault upon
Thomas Mercer< no role > one of the Constables of St. Martin in the fields in the
execution of his Office, is Committed to the House of Correction at
Clerkenwell in this County of want of Sureties for his personal
appearance at the next General Session of the Peace to be holden for this
County to answer to the Said Indictment,
