Whereas his Majesties Court of Kings Bench hath been pleased to
grant a Writ of Habeas Corpus directed to the Keeper of his Majesties
Goal of Newgate to bring up the body of Elizabeth the Wife of John Nicholls< no role >
Take Notice that the said Elizabeth< no role > This name instance is in set 1683. the wife of John Nicholls< no role > will be brought
up by Virtue of the said Writ of Habeas Corpus into his Majesties Court of
Kings Bench at Westminster on Monday the Eighth day of this Instant
February at ten of the Clock in the morning of the same day And that the
said Court will then be moved or (so soon after as Councell can be heard)
that the said Elizabeth Nicholls< no role > This name instance is in set 1683. may be admitted to Bail And that the
Persons whose names are Under written or two of them will then be Bail for
