At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our sovereign
Lord the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks hall in Saint
John Street in the County aforesaid by adjornment on Thursday
the eighteenth day of October in the eighteenth year of the reign
of our sovereign Lord George the second King of Great Britain Etc

Upon Report made Unto this Court, Oretenus, by Jacob Harvey< no role >
John Elliot< no role > This name instance is in set 3963. William Withers< no role > [..] Francis Hole< no role > Esquires Justices
of the peace of this County to [..] amongst others, or any three
or more of them It was referred by an Order of sessions to inspect
the Bills of the several persons herein after named for work by
them [..] respectively done and materials by them respectively
found in & about doing several repairs to Hicks hall in St. John
Street in this County and to consider if the prices therein
charged are reasonable) That they have inspected the said Bills
the totals whereof and the Name of the persons to whom respectively
due are her under specifyed.
And find that the prices there in
mentioned are reasonable and such as in their opinion are
fit & proper to be allowed the totals whereof and the Name [..]
the persons to whom in respectively due are as followeth

to Samuel Chandler< no role > Plumber 0-18-2
to Joseph Jackson< no role > Bricklayer 1-9-0

Which several sums amount together to the sum of seven pounds
eight Shillings and eight pence And the said persons praying
that the said sums may be paid unto them It is Ordered
by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay
the said respective sums of money to the respective persons
above named (the said respect [..] sums being written over
against their respective Name [..] full of their said respective
Bills and of all their respective demands against this County
And that their respective receipts together with this Order shall
be sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such respective
payments
