All Those Serverall peices or parcells of Mar [..] land with the Appursenanees containing in the whole twenty
eight Acres or there abouts Situate Lying and B [..] within the aforesaid Marshes called Stebunheath Marsh and Poplar
Marsh or one of them in the said Parish of Stebunheath alias Stepney in the said County of Middlesex lett by the
said John Talbot< no role > from year to year to John Orton< no role > att and under the yearly Rent of Seventy Pounds.

Of all which said severall peices or parcells of Marsh Land and Hereditaments before mentioned I the said Henry
Francis Widdrington< no role > am seized in Fee Simple But the said Hereditaments and Premisses are charged with two
yearly Rents of fifty Pounds and fifty pounds both payable to John Belson< no role > of London Esqr : and Thomas Keightley< no role >
of London aforesaid Gentleman and their Heirs.
