At the General Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord the King
holden for the county of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in
the County aforesaid by adjornment on Thursday theeigth day
eighth day of December in the seventeenth year of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the second king of Great Britain Etc

Whereas Nathaniel Chandler< no role > Francis Hole< no role > & John Poulson< no role > Esqrs.
three of his Maties Justices of the peace of this County being a
Quorum of the Committee of his Maties Justices of the peace of
this County named in Order of in such behalf. made being
date the fourteenth day of April 1743 have by the in Report in
writing Certifyed unto this Count that in pursuance of the sd.
Order they have viewed the several works in the said Order
Specifyed done at the House of Correction at Clerkenwell , and
did find the same to have been executed according to the
several workmen's Estimation in a good and substantial
workman like manner, and that the several sums of money here
after Specifyed are due & owning and ought to be paid to the several
persons here in after named Vizt.

Swith produced a Bill for Smiths work done to the said House
Correction which amounts to the sum of £1.7s.8d. which the C [..]
find upon Inquiry that that the Several works Charged in said B [..]
were done and ought to be paid by this County This Court bein [..]
Satisfyed of the truth of the matters specifyed of the said Report
confird [..] sa [..] And doth Order that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Jre [..]
of this County do pay unto the said Richard Jupp< no role > Carpenter Fra [..]

the said respective sums of moneyCert above mentioethabove cert [..]
to be due to them as afore said amounting together to the said sum of sixty [..]
pounds thirteen shillings and one penny and also unto the said
Charles wainwright< no role > the said sum of one pound seven shilling an
eight pence reported to be due to him as aforesaid in fill of
Respective demands for work by the [..] done x materials by then respective
found in & about Repairing the said House of [..] rrection and the Ree [..]
Dwelling house there un to belonging, And that [..] respective sums to be
Paid to therein by the said Treasurer an a [..] allowed to him upon
his account,
