Committee as to the quantum of the moneys racomended
by the said Report to be allowed to the said Mr. Labelye,
And doth order is of opinion that the sum of twenty guineas
only be allowed to the said Mr. Labelye on account of his said
expences, and that the sum of one hundred pounds only
be allowed to the said Mr. Labelye as a compensation and
gratuity for his time & trouble in designing & conducting
the new building the said Bridge and for his attendances &
services aforesaid, And doth Order thatwhich sums of
twenty guineas and one hundred pounds amount together
to the sum of one hundred and twenty one pounds, And
this court doth thereupon Order that Mr.John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this
County do as money comes to his hands pay unto the said
Mr. Labelye the said sum of one hundred and twenty one
pounds, and that said Treasurer be allowed the same
upon his amount
