At the General General Session of the peace of our sovereign Lord
the King holden for the County of Middx at Hills hall in St.
John street in the County a foresaid by adjorum out on
Friday the tenth day of December in the sixteenth year
of the resign of our sovereign Lord George the Second
King of Great Britain Etc

Whereas It appeareth Unto this Court by Certificate
dated the fifteenth day of October in the Year of our Lord 1742
under the hands of Nathaniel Chandler< no role > Franics Hole< no role > and
Merry Teshmaker< no role > Equires (three of the Committee of his
Maties Justices of the peace of this County for stating and
adjusting the publick Accounts of the said County) that they
have inspecter the Account of Mr. Henry Wallbanck Keeper
of the House of Correction at Then fenwell in this County
for his passing preleibing of Vagabonds comenceing the
eighteenth day of July 1742 and ending the first day of
September them next andending the first day of September
the next
examined the same with the Vouchers, And
fine that there is due to the said Henry to Wallbanck Upon his
said Account for his trouble & expenses inpassingconveying and
receiving of Vagabonds the sum of £34.4s.8d. And
whereas it also appear oth unto this Court by another
Centificate dated the said fifteenth day of October 1742
under the hands of Francis Hole Nathaniel of Chander & John
Poulson
< no role > Esquires three of the Said Committee that they have
inspected another Account of the said Henry Wallbanck< no role >
for the like service comenceing the first day of september
1742 and ending the twelfth day of October then next
inclusive and examined the same with the Vouchers,
And find that there is due to him upon that account for
his trouble & expenses in to conveying & releiving of
Vagabonds the sum of £27.8s. And whereas it further
appearth unto this Court by another certificateunder
[..] dated the tenth day of December [..] instant
Under the hands of Nathaniel Chandler Francis Hole& John
Poulson Esquiresand George [..] Esquires three of
the said Committee that they have inspected another
Amount of the said Henry Wallbanck< no role > for the like sevice
comenceing the fourteenth day of October 1742 and ending
the fourth day of December instant inclusive, and examined
the same with the Vouchers, And find that there is due to
him upon the said left mentioned account the sum
of £52.12s.2d. which several sums amount in the whole
to the sum of one hundred and fourteen pounds two
shillings and ten peace, And the said Henry Wallbanck< no role >
praying that this Court will be pleased to Order that the
