Know All Men by these presents that I George Brownlow
Doughty of Scarford Hall in the County of Lincoln Esqr. Have made
Ordained Constituted and Appointed And by these presents Do Make
Ordain Constitute and Appoint George Wilmet of Grays Inn in the County
of Middlesex Gent and James Rigg< no role > of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
in the Said County of Middlesex Hair Merchant Jointly and Severally My true
and lawful Attoney and Attorrneys for me at the next or any subsequent
Quarter Sessions to be held for the Said County of Middlesex or any adjournment
thereof and in the presence of two or more Justices of the Peace for the
Same County in Open Sessions to Subscribe My Name Unto Such Registry
or Entry of My Name and Estate in the Books or Rolls kept by the Clerk of
the Peace for the Same County for that purpose as Shall be produced by the
said Clerk of the Peace at the said Quarter Session or any adjournment
there and further to do all Such Matters and things for the due
Registring My Name and Estate Pursuant to the Statute in that Case
made and provided as Shall be found requisit and Necessary to be done

Shall Seem meet and Convenient Ratifying and by these presents Confirming
and Allowing whatsoever my said Attorneys on Either of them Shall do or
