at Clerkenwell in this County for want of Sureties and afterwards relinquish in
the verification of her former Plea and confessing the same Indictment is fine
for the said Offence one Shilling to be estreated and she is Ordered to be delive [..]
paying her Fees.

Arthur Mackardell< no role > who pleaded not Guilty to an Indictment against him
unlawfully harbouring of Inmates is Comitted to New Prison at Clerkenwell
in this County for want of Sureties and afterwards relinquishing the verifica
of his former Plea and consessing the same Indictment is fined for the said
Offence one Shilling which he paid to the Sherifin Court is Ordered to be delive
his Fees are paid.

Nicholas Vanidipot< no role > who pleaded Guilty in August Session last to an Indictment against him by the
name of Handypot for making an Assault upon Ann Handypot< no role > She wife of the
Said Nicholas Handypot< no role > and was fined for the said Offence one Shilling to be estreated
committed so New Prison at Clerkenwell in this County untill he [..]
Sufficient Sureties to keep the Peace towards the said Ann his [..]
