Know all men by those presents that I Susanna Tasburghe< no role > of
the Parish of Saint Giles in the Feilds in the County of Middlesex widow and Relict
of Henry Tasburgh< no role > late of the same Parish Esquire deced have Made
Ordained Constituted and appointed and by these presents Do Make Ordain
Constitute and appoint George Petre< no role > of Carey street in the Parish of Saint
Clements Danes in the County of Middlesex aforesaid and Thomas Gibbeson< no role > of the
same Place Gentleman Jointly and severally my true and lawfull attorney and
Attorneys for me at the next or any other Subsequent Quarter Sessions to be hold
for the said County of Middlesex or any Adjournment there of and in the presence
of two on more Justices of the Peace for the same County in open Session to
of and in any messnage lands or Tenements which know have or am nitituted unto in the said County in
Subscribe my Name unto such Registry or Entry of my Name and Estate in
the Books or Rolls kept by the Clerk of the Peace for the same County for that
Purpose as shall be Produced by the said Clerk of the Peace at the said Quarter
Sessions or a my Adjournment And Further to do all such Matters
and things for the due Reqistring my Name and Estate Pursuant to the
Statutes in that Case made and provided as shall be found Requisite and
Necessary to be done as to them the said George Petre< no role > and Thomas Gibbeson< no role >
or either of them shall seem meet and Convenient Ratifying and by these
presents Confirming and Allowing whatsoever my said Attorneys on either
of them shall Do or Cause to be done in or about the Premisses In
Witness whereof the said Susanna Tasburgh have here un to Sett
my Hand and Seal the Fourthday of March in the Eleventh year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord george the Second by the grace of god of
great Britain France and Ireland King defender of the Faith and so forth
and in the year of our Lard one thousand seven hundred and thirty seven .
