Take Notice that I will appear at the General Session of
Oyer and Terminer to be held at Hicks Hall in St. John Street
in and for the County of Middlesex by Adjournmt. on Wednesday
next being the seventh day of this December at ten of the Clock
in the Forenoon, and will then and there Prosecute my Traverse
upon the Indictment by you prferred against me at last
September Sessions for a Cheat, by Defrauding you of a certain
Sume of Money in playing at Cards: Dated this third Day
December 1737.
