William Seckerson< no role > Sollr. for the Defendts. maketh Oath that he this Depont,
did on the 17th. day of this instant October personally Serve Mary Hindemarsh< no role > the Prosecutrix
in this Cause with a Notice in Writing purporting that the Sd. Defts. would
personally appear as this Day (being the Adjournment Day of the last
quarter Sessions) before his Majesties Justices at Hicks's Hall in St. John's
Street in this County of Middlesex and then and there plead Guilty to an
Indictment preferred and found agt. them the Sd. Defendts. for an Assault [..]
on Her the Sd. Prosecutrix And this Depont. further Saith that he this
Deponent Served the Sd. Notice on the Prosecutrix Mary Hindemarsh [..]
inthehis Majesties Goal at Newgate who now is a Prisoner there
& under Sentence of Transportation for Felony as this Dept. is
informed by the Keeper of the Sd. Goal & verily behaves
