Maketh Oath and Saith That he this Dept. did on Fryday Last being the
Seventh Day of October Instant Leave at the Late House or Dwelling
place of the above named Edmund Whaly< no role > the Sign of the Red Lyon at
Green Bank Wapping With John Macdoanld< no role > the new Landlord of the
Said House a Copy of the Notice hereto Annexed and at the Same Time Told
him the said Macdonald the Contents Thereof and the Said Macdonald
Informed this Dept. that the Said Whaley was gone from thence but he
Could not Tell where for that he the Said Macdonald had made all the
Inquiry he Could and Could not get and Account and This Dept. further
Saith That he Also did the Same day Leave at the House of Mr Moore
who this Dept Is Informed Acts as the prosecutors Attorney or Sollicitor
