Take Notice That I will Appear at the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be held for
the County of Middlesex at Hicks's Hall in Saint John Street by Adjournment on Tuesday next being the Eleventh
day of October instant at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon & that I will then & there Try my Traverse upon
the Indictment Preferred against me by you at the last September Session held at Hicks's hall aforesaid
for the County aforesaid for an Assault Dated this 8th. day of October 1737.
