At a Genral Quarter Sessions of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the
King held for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street by adjornment On
Thursday the Twenty First Day of April in the Year of our Lord 1737 And
in the tenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second
by the Grace of God King of Great Brittain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Chruchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
Parish of St. Mary White Chapple in the County of Middx have Notice of the
within Petition and Appeal And that they and all Persons Concerned in the
Premisses Do Attend this Court on Saturday next by ten of the Clock in the
forenoon To hear and Abide the Judgment and Determination of the Same
