of the peace for the County of
Middlesex

Who upon his Oath Saith That Some time in the Latter
and of May or beginning of June last he being then in
Bristol did See one Pierce Commins< no role > in the Hospital there
under Cure Which Said Pierce Commins did then and
there dye in the Said Hospital and was in the presence
of ths Examt. Buryed in the Burying Ground belonging
to teh Parish of St. Mary in [..] Bristol aforesaid
And the Examt. further on his Oath Saith that the Said
Pierce Comnins was by Trade a peruke maker and [..] the
Same pierce Commins who kept the Grey hound Ale house
in Peter Street near Clare Market .
