Instant October leave a Notice in Writing at the House of Mr. Cross
[..] in Rathbone place in the County of Middx [..] directed
to the Prosecutor in this Cause for the sd. Prosecutor & signed Edward Taylor< no role > Which Purported
that the Sd. prosecutor Shod. take Notice of Tryal of the Traverse of
an Indictment agt. the Deft. on his prosecution in the above Cause
on Thursday them next being the fourteenth day of October Instant
at the Sessions of peace to be then held at Hicks Hall in St. John
Street in & for the County of Middx at Eleven of the Clock in
the forenoon which Sd. Mr. Cross's house was the last place of abode
of the sd. prosmtor that this Dept. wd. by any means learn &
the sd. Mr. Cross promised to deliver the sd. Notice to the sd. Barlow
& this Dept. did Yesterday see the sd. Barlow in this Court
who acknowledged to this Dept. that he had received the sd.
