This Informt. on his Oath saith that one Ralph Hodgen< no role >
at No.1. in Holborn Court
in Grays Jun Gent. being Justly and
fairly [..] to this Informt. in the Sum of Four pounds Ten
shillings for Warning Appeale made by this Informt. for said
Ralph Hodgson< no role >
And Delivered by this Informt. at the Chambers
the said Ralph Hodgson then in Clement Inn about six or
Seven Months aged for which Sd. Appearel the said Ralph
promised to pray and satisfie this Informt. whenever the same
should be finished and brought home to him And this Informt.
further on his Oath saith that the said Ralph Holdson< no role >

seeing this Informt. when he brot. the said Appearle home
and still Continued to Keep himself from beeing seem by this
Informt. till the 16th day of this Instant August, on which Day
this Informt. going to said Ralphs Chambers in Grays Inn
afsd.
happend to see the said Ralph and asking him in Civil
manner for the Money due as aforesd. The said Ralph without
any foreveratian took this Informt. by the Collar and Twind
him out of the Chamber and Kickt him there or four time
and abovesd him in a very Grase manner and threatned that
if ever this Informt. came after him or wherever he was
he would break his Neck.
