Maketh oath that Thomas Houg< no role > [..] late of york Bai [..] in the Parish
of Saint Martin in the Fields in the County of Middx Tylor haveing be [..]
served with a Bench Warrant for [..] assault an Elizabeth< no role > the wife of Da [..]
Riddell
< no role > has since the service thereof.break his Leg where by he could
not Personally appear before [..] ny of his Majesty Justices of the Peace
according to the form of the said Warrant without endangering his
Life [..] the [..] of which [..] hath been made to one of his said
Majesty Justices) but the said Thomas Haughton< no role > hath given security
to one of our said Justices for his appearance at this Present [..]
sessions of the peace to be held for the county of a Middx and this Dep [..]
saith that the sa [..] Thomas Haughton< no role > is at this Present time [..]
of being [..] without being in great Danger of his Life therefore
the said Thomas Hunghton hopes the court will be pleased to respite the
Recognizance till the next sessions to be held for the said County that
he may answer and plead to the Indictment charged against him [..]
