Take Notice that I intend to appear at the
General Session of the Peace to be holden by
adjornment at Hicks hall in St. John Street
in & for the County of Middx on Friday next
being the Tenth day of September instant
at Ten o' the Clock in the Forenoon of
the same day and then & there reliquish
my former plea of not guilty and plead
Guilty to the Indictmt. you have preferred
against me for Selling Meat on the
Sabbath Dated this eighth day of September
1736.
