To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the peace for the County of
Middlesex Assembled in the General Quarter Sessions at Hicks Hall
in and for the said County

The Humble petition and Appeal of
the Church wardens and Overseers of the poor
of the parish of Saint Neets in the County of
Huntingdon

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the hands and
Seals of two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the said County
of Middlesex (where of one is of the Quorum) bearing date the
twenty seventh day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand
seven hundred and thirty five James Maguire< no role > and Elizabeth
his Wife and their two Children (that is to say) Thomas
aged eleven Years & Elizabeth aged seven years the Lawfull
Issue of the said James Maguire< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > his Wife were
removed from the Parish of Christ Church in this County of the
Middlesex to the said parish of Saint Neatts in the County of
Huntingdon as the peace of their Last Legall Settlement where by
your Petitioners Conceive themselves agrieved and against the said
Warrant or Order do appeall to this Court

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
pray that as Short day may be appointed
this present Sessions to hear & determination
the Matter touching the said appeal

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
