in the sd. County. Gentleman Maketh Oath That he this Depont.
did on Saturday the 23d. day of this Instant August personally
serve Preston Powell one of the Prossecutors in this Cause
with a true Coppy of the Notice hereunto Annexed, And this
Depont. further saith that he this Depont. did also leave
a true Coppy of the Notice likewise hereunto Annexed at
the Lodging or place of abode of the sd. Wm. Helme another
Prossecutor in this Causeby leaveing the same on the 23d.
of this Instant as aforesaid by leaveing the same atin
Marlborough Mews near Fyburn Road on saturday the
23d. of this Instant as aforesd. and this Depont. further
saith that the sd. Wm. Helm acknowled [..] Receipt
of the sd. No [..] unto this Depont.
