of the Peace for the County of Middlesex

The Humble Petition of John Williams< no role >
and John Simmonds< no role > Petitioners of the
Hundreds Elthon Spelthon and Isleworth
as maimed soldiers & Mariners ,

Sheweth


That Your Petitioners has not received any of
the Pension that this Court was pleased to give us for the loss
that Wee received in Her Late Majesty's Service for the Year
1733 and 1734 By reason there has been no Treasurer for those
Two Years past
Rate made for those two yeares past

Therefore Your Petitiioners most Humbly
Pray that Your Worships will be Pleased to
consider our Condition And Order that We
shall be Paid our Pensions in Arrears

And Your Petitioners as in Duty
Bound shall ever Pray Etc
