is well Acquainted with John O Neale< no role >
who Stands Indicted for Assaulting of
Kane O Hara< no role > and was bound over
before Justice Mercer, that he is a Near
Relation of this Deponts. And is now
in Germany as appears by [..] a writeing purporting to be ale [..]
Under his the sd. John O Neales hand
and this Depont is very Sure the Said
O Neale is not in England but abroad
beyond the Sea as aforesd. and is
well assured his Securityes could not
have him at this present Sessions
