County of Middx the prosecutor in this Cause maketh Oath
that he having preferred a Bill of Indictment against the
Defendants for Assaulting him with an intent to refine the
Defendt Hodgson after this Dept: had Arrested him by virtue of a Writ issued out of his Majestys Pallace Court the Said Bill was not found by the Goand
Jury that this Deponent had no more than two Witnesses
beside himself Examined upon the Said Bill and that

Threlkield

in relation to the Said Indictment and have not been
