Defendt Hodgson after this Dept: had Arrested him by virtue of a Writ issued out of his Majestys Pallace Court the Said Bill was not found by the Goand
Jury that this Deponent had no more than two Witnesses
beside himself Examined upon the Said Bill and that
Rebecca Willis< no role > Hugh Pinches< no role > Elizabeth Perry< no role > and Robert
Threlkield< no role > are material Witnesses for this Deponent
in relation to the Said Indictment and have not been
