of Oyer & Terminer to be held by adjornment for the
County of Middx at Hicks hall in St John Streete on
Friday next being the thirty first day of this Instant
May at ten of the Clock in the forenoon & will then
& there try my Traverse on the Indictment you have
there preferred against me for an assault with an
intent to Ravish & carnally know you Dated this
